Delivery

Simply click on the Shop Now tab and search for your desired items using the filter function. You may proceed to check out for payment once you have added the items into the cart.

Should you have any special requests, you may indicate them in the remarks section and we will try our best to fulfil. While we try our best to accommodate every request whenever possible, we seek your understanding that we may not be able to do so for all special requests if they are not available.

Yes, we welcome custom arrangement! Please contact us via WhatsApp with description or reference pictures at least 3-4 days in advance. Last minute orders are welcomed (subject to flowers availability).

For any changes to your order, kindly WhatsApp us at +65 8918 6194 with your order details immediately so we are able to process your requests in time. A gentle note that we are unbale to make amendments to orders that are completed or in preparation.

Yes, definitely. Gift card is complimentary with every purchase and you may include a message right before checking out 😊 Message will be printed on a 10cm x 8cm  card and attached to your order.

Our bouquets are hand wrapped and generally the colour of wrapping paper and ribbons will be determined by our floral designgers based on overall colour palette. Should you wish to have specific wrapper colours, you may leave us a remark. 

GST is not applicable and we currently accept payment by PayNow, Visa and MasterCard.

Pictures of finished product will not be sent out prior to delivery, especially during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Nonetheless, do reach out to us if you require such service and we will try our best to accommodate.

At Petals Plus, we strive to ensure our products are fresh and consistent. As every flower & bloom is unique and subject to seasonality from nurseries and farms, there could be difference in the colour, shape, size and availability. All filler flowers will be matched accordingly to your colour palette by the floral designers. Hence, we are unable to replicate the exact same design for all handmade products as shown in the pictures :) 

Should there be a need for a substitution, the replacement will be of a similar theme and value without any prior notice.

Generally, we do not provide carrier bag for fresh flowers bouquet as putting the flowers into a carrier may cause damage to the flowers & wrappers. However, for special products such as bridal bouquet, corsage/boutonnieres, preserved flowers frame & vase arrangement, we do provide carrier box/bag for protection of the flowers & ease of carry.

Fresh cut flowers usually last 3 to 5 days based on our local weather & humidity level. To prolong the life span of the fresh flowers, simply place the flowers in ventilated/air-conditioned room and avoid direct exposure of sunlights. Trim the stems at 45-degree angle before placing them in a vase filled will clean water. Repeat the steps for every 2 days.

Preserved & dried flowers can last up to few months to a year depending on surrounding humidity level and environment as well. Preserved flowers may fade and soften overtime. Do note that it should stay away from sunlight, water and heat and place in a cool area where possible.

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm on the ordering day but is subjected to flowers availability. For urgent orders, do drop us a call or text directly at +65 8918 6194.

Deliveries will be conducted by our trusted third-party courier company.

Absolutely 😊 Self collection is available on Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays. For weekends order, you may arrange your pick up time with our customer service.

Islandwide deliveries are scheduled between 12pm-4pm or 2pm-6pm daily (except Monday & Public Holiday) at a flat rate of $16 per location/item. A surcharge of $5 will be applicable for Sentosa Island, Changi Airport, Tuas and Jurong, and specific location/building that requires additional parking fee.

We seek your understanding that we would not be able to commit specific delivery time request as it could vary due to unforeseen delays such as traffic or weather conditions.

For unsuccessful delivery or incorrect address given, items will be re-delivered back to Petals Plus atelier and a re-delivery fee of $16 will be charged before the second delivery. Alternately, you could opt for self-collection in which a time frame will be provided to you.

For any requests to leave the flowers at a certain place, please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damages.

Please note that all purchases are final and we do not offer return, exchange or refund. However, on the rare occasions that an incorrect item or defective item has been received, Kindly contact us within 3 hours with a clear picture as reference and our team will attend to you as soon as possible. Any request made after the stated time frame will not be accepted.

In the event of dispute, Petals Plus reserves the right of final decision.

Due to studio lighting and individual monitor setting, we would like to seek your understanding that slight difference in colour is inevitable and colour shown on screen may not correspond 100% to the actual product. In addition, every flower is unique on its own and this applies to its colour, size and shape. As such, regret to inform that this does not constitute a reason for refund, exchange or return. At Petals Plus, we will always strive to ensure colours are of accurate representation of actual bouquets as much as possible.
